Where we ship

All prices include VAT. For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties and import taxes may apply and are payable by you.

The founding batch

The first batch ships in Exact month. Pre-orders are dispatched in the order they were confirmed. We will email you a tracking link as soon as your pouch is on its way.

Carrier

Which carrier — DHL, DPD, GLS? Named carriers also matter for the privacy policy, because the address is passed on

If something goes wrong

Parcel lost, damaged, or never arrived? Write to night@onethird.co with your order details and we will sort it out. You do not have to chase the carrier yourself — that is our job until the parcel is in your hands.

Returns

As a consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving a reason — the details are in section 6 of our terms. On top of that, our 60-night promise applies: if it does not work for you, we refund the purchase price.

You keep the pouch

There is no return to organise. No label, no parcel shop, no queue. Write to night@onethird.co, we refund you, and the pouch stays with you. An opened one is fine — you could hardly have found out otherwise.

That is not us being generous for the sake of it. Sending a half-used food supplement back and forth across Europe costs more than it is worth, to us and to the planet.
